Todd Milliken<\/strong> is a candidate for New Hampshire State Representative in Carroll County District 3, representing the communities of Madison, Moultonborough, and Tamworth.<\/p>

A lifelong Granite Stater and proud father of two polite, successful, and self-actualized adult daughters, Todd grew up in Conway and Madison. He attended Conway Elementary and Kennett High School (Class of 1979). His father owned Cliff\u2019s Mobil gas station, while his mother managed the books and raised the family as a stay-at-home mom. The family moved from Conway to Madison during his junior-high years.<\/p>

After high school, Todd was accepted early to the University of New Hampshire, where he earned top grades in calculus and played rugby. Ultimately deciding college was not the right path for him at the time, he left home on his motorcycle with just $320 in his pocket. Over the next several years he worked in road construction in Florida, on oil rigs in Colorado (1980\u20131981), and in commercial construction from New Hampshire to Southern California (1981\u20131986).<\/p>

Returning to Madison, Todd continued in the construction trades and founded Milliken Masonry, which he owned and operated successfully from 1986 to 1996. During those years he cleared land, built his own home, married his wife, and began raising their two daughters in Madison. Determined to grow professionally, he attended night school while working and transitioned into his first desk job.<\/p>

His subsequent career in industrial packaging spanned more than two decades. He served as Project Manager for the New Hampshire business unit of a national industrial packaging company (1996\u20132001). In 2001 he was transferred to California as Managing Director of the company\u2019s California business unit (2001\u20132006); the family relocated and spent 14 years on the West Coast. He later worked as an independent operations consultant (2006\u20132011), then as Global Product Manager (2010\u20132016) and Global Service Manager (2016\u20132023) for an international industrial packaging company. While working full-time, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Granite State College in 2010. After 43 years in the workforce, he retired in July 2023.<\/p>

Upon returning to Madison, Todd built another home and joined the Madison Planning Board, continuing his commitment to the community he has called home for most of his life.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
