Todd believes the extreme polarization that has taken hold in Concord and Washington is failing the people of Carroll County. New Hampshire has become a major destination for solid waste trucked in from other states. This out-of-state trash is turning us into a regional dumping ground, placing an unfair burden on our landfills, roads, and natural resources while threatening the clean water and quality of life that define the Granite State.<\/p>

Todd will work to reverse this trend by supporting stronger limits on imported waste, fair regional agreements, and policies that protect New Hampshire\u2019s environment and ensure we are no longer the preferred receiver state for other states\u2019 garbage<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

He will fight for adequate, sustainable funding that allows communities like Madison, Moultonborough, and Tamworth to attract and retain excellent teachers, maintain facilities, and give every student the tools they need to succeed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
