His priorities focus on issues that directly affect working families and our communities: the influence of money in politics, strong public schools, and the rising cost of health insurance.
Campaign Finance Reform

Todd believes elected officials should answer to the people they represent—not wealthy donors, corporations, or political action committees.
The growing influence of big money in politics makes it harder for ordinary citizens to have their voices heard. Todd supports meaningful campaign finance reform that increases transparency, reduces the influence of large donors and special interests, and puts voters back at the center of our democracy.
Strong Public Schools
Protecting public education and local taxpayers
Todd believes strong public schools are essential to strong New Hampshire communities. Every child deserves access to a quality education, regardless of where they live or their family’s financial circumstances.
Todd supports fully funding our public schools and believes public education dollars should remain focused on public education. He also recognizes that inadequate state funding shifts too much of the cost of education onto local property taxpayers. New Hampshire needs an approach that supports our schools while treating taxpayers fairly.
Affordable Health Insurance
Making health care affordable for working families
For too many New Hampshire families, the question isn’t simply whether they have health insurance—it’s whether they can actually afford to use it.
Todd wants to shift the health care conversation away from lobbyists and political talking points and toward what families actually pay in premiums, deductibles, prescriptions, and other out-of-pocket costs. He believes quality health insurance should be genuinely affordable and that health care policy should be judged by whether it improves access and lowers costs for New Hampshire families.
Representing District 3
Representing Madison, Moultonborough & Tamworth
Todd’s approach to all three issues starts in the same place: listening to the people he represents. Madison, Moultonborough, and Tamworth are distinct communities, but residents share many of the same concerns about affordability, schools, taxes, and responsive government.
Todd will bring those concerns with him to Concord and put the people of Carroll County District 3 ahead of special interests.
